Here's what happens to one, what we need, and why. Five steps, straight talk, no runaround.
People call it an "M1 file": a document that says money sits in an account somewhere. A screenshot, a PDF, a JSON "confirmation", a bank letter. We record it, we fingerprint it, and we read it. We do not treat it as proof that the money exists. Nobody serious does. A bank doesn't either.
No: we will not mint a token so a balance "shows on Etherscan" to someone else. A number on a block explorer that no bank stands behind is a number we typed. We don't do that for anyone.
No: a "receiver", a "paymaster", a credit line against an unverified file, or a percentage to anyone in the chain.
Yes: a real position, a real bank message, real units, real settlement, real flat fees, usually inside two weeks of the bank message landing.
Yes: most files stop at step 3. That's fine. The verification fee is earned either way, and the ones that pass are worth the work.
Every freeze, every receiver who "got greedy", every deal that stalled for months in this trade came from the same place: moving before the bank spoke. Putting the bank first removes the surprise, and surprise is what compliance desks freeze.
